I purchased a prepaid @verizon mifi that was never delivered to my house back in August. The mifi that was never delivered had a phone # attached to it, that was then given to someone else who registered it to their email. I've been charged every month for this due to autopay.
My bank now states they can reimburse charges from December, but are unable to reimburse anything between August - November. Your move @VZWSupport @verizon
