I purchased a prepaid @verizon mifi that was never delivered to my house back in August. The mifi that was never delivered had a phone # attached to it, that was then given to someone else who registered it to their email. I've been charged every month for this due to autopay.
Already did - and it got transferred to my new credit card.

Oh. My. Gosh. File a police report. When you speak to Verizon again, ask for a 'warm transfer' to a mgr in customer service. Make sure you only deal with the same mgr. Ask mgr to get you to Fraud Dept. Surely your mailed item isn't the 1st one stolen.
