Because the # has been registered to someone else, I can't log on to the Verizon site to cancel this or even request a pw to log in b/c it will go to someone else's email. I've called my credit card company who says they can't stop the autopay & that I need to speak to Verizon.

I've since spent hours on the phone and went in person to a Verizon store. They have stated that they don't have control over this (?!) and that I must speak to my credit card company. This is ridiculous.

My husband shipped back his phone in the prepaid mailer they sent and a couple months later was charged 600 dollars because they said they never received it back, after arguing they agreed to give him 300 dollars back.
