What about the work ethic? Do millennials study and work as hard as their parents did? If not, how can they expect to earn more and have higher status?https://twitter.com/CNN/status/1221066710230368256 …
Hey Al. That is also not true. My sister suffers from mental illness and can't stay at home because of it, yet can't stay in a hospital because she's used up her LIFETIME psych hospital stays. No program exists that can help her that doesn't cost thousands of dollars.

That does NOT mean I get to run around complaining about how disadvantaged I was. It means I had to “figure out” a way to make things better (and work really hard w/o self indulgences). And more importantly, do it while I’m still alive and young enough b/c life is so very short.

And in closing Andrew, I now get to take care of parents who have Alzheimers and dementia partly as a result of field work at home on the farm (which had to be sold to pay for Dr bills, meds and specialists). Are there flaws in the system? Sure. But it’s the best one so far IMO.

Why do you do this to yourself, and the rest of the ppl of planet Earth? What I hear you saying is that it’s EVERYBODY ELSE’S fault your sister has medical issues your family can’t afford? My dad slowly died of cancer in my dining room at home while I was growing up. We were poor
