-got rid of provisions guaranteeing nonprofit orgs w/ access to centers -revisions to protocols in the case of injury/illness/death, such as allowing guards to notify ICE “as soon as practicable” (as opposed to immediately) that a detainee needs to be transferred to a hospital
Horrible people are treated this way but if they wouldn't have broken the law they wouldn't be in that situation.
