The Washington Examiner, a for-profit News organization, took my copyrighted video. They say they pulled my clip from @GrabienMedia, who also did not have permission to license my footage.https://twitter.com/andrewkimmel/status/1219387880713400322 …
I sent the Washington Examiner an invoice, which they are refusing to pay, stating they received the clip with their subscription with Grabien, who state on their site “We do NOT sell licensing; if you need a license, please contact the content creator.”
Grabien has not yet responded to any of my messages. Some of their clients include the following
