I will speak for myself. I don't want Bernie to be president of my country. So I will not vote for him.
Of course, and we all have that right to do so :) I just don’t understand the hatred coming from our own that are also spreading misinformation that Bernie is as bad as Trump and that if he’s the nom people shouldn’t get behind him. That’s ludicrous.
He's a populist promising unicorns and rainbows. Exactly not what our country needs right now. We need pragmatism. We need steady leadership. We need to bring order to the chaos. We do not need a "Revolution" right now. We do not need to "Bern it all down damn the consequences".
Bernie's not a Dem - so "our own" doesn't really apply.
It was Bernie people who jn 2016 said they would not vote for anybody but Bernie, and they gave us Trump. In the process, they were vicious to anybody who didn't support Bernie. Now they're making the same threat again, and they are on the attack again.
Bernie never did anything to pull those people back, even when they were physically violent. Now he says he's fighting the Dem establishment. So many of us have decided we don't want anything more to do with him. Now you want to say we're turning on our own. He's not our own.
