Imagine if a Mexican & a Kenyan came up to a car in the US & asked for directions. Anyways, we get to the marina & the Kenyan offers the guy cash... he refuses. It’s now 2:00 & my flight leave at 3:26. The Kenyan joins me to the airport, but unfortunately her flight was at 8:30am

Well dang. It sounds like you went to a gathering of drunk river assholes that Arkansas locals have already had issues with, and attributed the behavior you encountered to Arkansas racism.

Not quite. The rock throwers weren’t part of the party-goers, but locals who lived along the river. Also saw a stuffed monkey doll hanging by a noose on a tree there...
