The man is Alfredo Sandoval. He is now working with lawmakers on legislation to protect people against unlawful invasion of privacy of guests/visitors in buildings. Oh, and he wants to build a crowdfunding platform so he can buy his aunt’s building.

What a great response
I have a fob to enter my office building (where I own my unit) & must buzz patients in. I must scan an ID card to enter my university office building & dorms. Guests must be escorted in. Every buliding I've lived in had security doors/buzzers. This is typical where I live & work.
I mean, that was the case in the dorm at college. But every apartment I've ever lived in, not so much.
