It is not a transcript. It is a summary of the call. There is a huge difference between a verbatim transcript and a synopsis written by staffers.

I suppose we could have someone read the "summary" over the phone, have someone else overhear that phone call, then have *that* person tell a friend and put the friend on the stand. That should meet the rigorous precedent the first day of hearings set.
