This isn't tough. Let's say you are paying $1000 a month for health insurance. Then America shifts to Medicare for All and you are paying nothing but your taxes go up by $750. You just pulled those numbers out of a hat. The real estimates from think tanks like Heartland Institute say a family with a annual income of $100k could pay $20,000 MORE in taxes every year (on top of taxes they already pay). That’s more than the health benefits they’d receive.
