It is frustrating/ridiculous that @AmericanAir uses two separate wifi providers on flights. I spend $50/month for @Gogo, only to have certain flights powered by Panasonic, in which you have to spend an additional $19 per flight to use. Choose one provider & sell one monthly pkg!
I've given the same feedback for years. Nothing has changed, except now you charge more money for shit wifi on two different providers.

LOL, really? Check this on http://aa.com Gogo and Viasat Get Wi-Fi access to Gogo and Viasat whenever you fly domestically in the U.S., Canada and Mexico on Wi-Fi equipped flights, where network coverage is available. Show me option to pay monthly viasat subscription?
