It is frustrating/ridiculous that @AmericanAir uses two separate wifi providers on flights. I spend $50/month for @Gogo, only to have certain flights powered by Panasonic, in which you have to spend an additional $19 per flight to use. Choose one provider & sell one monthly pkg!
You've been working on this for years now. And if your partners are charging us $50/month or $19 for a 4-hour flight, the wifi should work. It has taken more than 5 minutes for a google doc to open. This is the case on every domestic route I fly.

I've given the same feedback for years. Nothing has changed, except now you charge more money for shit wifi on two different providers.
