Our streets could be paved in gold with $1 BILLION taxpayer dollars that our Los Angeles city officials have literally squandered. The homeless people are offered FREE HOUSING and they refuse it. The homeless are being bused in from other cities in California and out of state.

Most have been release from mental health government run institutions across America and bused into Los Angeles county.
