Let's all thank the Proud Boys, Patriot Prayer, and other right wing groups for costing Portland taxpayers more than $3 million so that they could hold an unpermitted rally in a city none of them live in. Way to go patriots.

Groups that plan to hold a city hostage every month to drain its resources from taxpayers sounds a lot more threatening, no?
