      My sister died today. She was 46. When the day was done, I went walking; I didn't know where I was going, but I kept walking. It started to get dark, so I had to stop walking. Now I'm just sitting on the couch at home like a person who's sister died today.

      I'm incredibly sorry for your loss. I had a group of friends come to my house after I lost my dad. They brought food and we all chatted for hours. It really helped.
