The # wasn’t implying to massacre Mitch, it called him Massacre Mitch because he does nothing after each massacre, therefore he is responsible for them. Fox twisted this and ran with it.

They aren’t inciting hatred and violence. Trump does. The guy went for the sole purpose of killing as many Mexicans as he could. He chose a wal-Mart closest to the border because of that. Trump called them invaders, rapists, murderers. Point me to a Sanders tweet that does that.
