If he had targeted cops or Trump fans then there would he a clear motive, but he attacked random people. They are grasping at straws.
Trying to equate the two killers is reckless. One had a manifesto that read like a Trump speech. The other made some retweets on Twitter. Give me a break. Trying to equate the two is silly. One had politics I despise. The other has politics I approve of. Obviously not the same thing. If someone kills people but I approve of their politics it’s totally different bro.

If his attacks were motivated by political beliefs then yes they're the same, however, he did not target Republicans, the police, ICE, or racists. He attacked random people for a yet unknown reason, actions made easier due to easy gun access.
