No one is tearing down monuments of founders... @mattgaetz is making shit up to get a rise. Cheaply-made Confederate monuments are being torn down, and rightly so.
In fairness I've definitely seen debates about scrubbing names of other historical figures such as Woodrow Wilson off buildings etc.
