Correct. He was at Pier 25, which is about 10 blocks away. That's as close as anyone could get.
Really? As a 16-year-old I was able to volunteer directly at Ground Zero... literally assisting first responders.

Only if you were part of an organization. Citizens couldn't just walk up and help. Red Cross and Salvation Army are organizations. You would've had to be a part of one of them.

That’s correct. Trump however, claimed he helped clean things up. “Everyone who helped clear the rubble — and I was there, and I watched, and I helped a little bit...You didn’t know what was going to come down on all of us...” This is disgusting.
