I’m very much aware. The three places I listed, including Puerto Rico, have had massive demonstrations to enact change. That has not happened within the contiguous United States.

South Korea is smaller than Kentucky. Puerto Rico is smaller than Connecticut. Hong Kong is like 1/3rd the size of Rhode Island. When your whole national identity is so small & bunched, a sense of national movement is not so difficult. The US is detached from itself, it's too big
