“Assuming the risk” is being on the front line in a foreign country. Of course there are risks for journalists in America, but there are also consequences for violent criminals and a general expectation that police won’t blatantly ignore violent public gatherings
Wow. I guess you do assume the risk! 48 out of 180 countries is pretty bad - I would have thought America in the top 25 safest at least. I think my point about litigious and judicial recourse still stands.
The article seems skewed Left. @andrewkimmel, in your personal experience is the right more likely to instigate the violence?
