I was a Child Protective Services Investigator right out of college. Ready to save all the children in the world. I lasted two years. Taking children from their parents is horrific and heartbreaking. Even when warranted. Imagine when it’s NOT warranted.

Having raised 4 children I know, in my bones, the catastrophic harm done to children who are forcibly separated from their parents & cannot bear to read what I know will break my heart. To choose cruelty ..... ???? I cannot imagine how broken your soul has to be to do this.
