Cant until August, but if it's still needed then (hopefully not but probably) what are volunteers needed for? With what group?
The shelter I was at tonight was through Salvation Army and local groups. They need assistance with making sure families who get through CBP/ICE reach their relatives in the US. Arranging travel, writing notes in English for them, and all shelter-related operations.

Ok, good to know. That's similar stuff to what was needed when I participated in assisting families released from ICE custody in phx area. I will also look for something similar here in LA area.
