Kyle Kashuv used the most abhorrent racial slurs. Any student would get expelled for such language. End of story. There is no discussion about this.

Huh? A large part of college admission decisions are based on your character - of which Kyle showed his true colors. What's so hard to understand here. Are you saying Kyle deserves to go to Harvard after this has come out?

Could not find a detailed account what he said and how old he was. There's always room to discuss whether a young person has made amends for bad past behavior. But, if he was, say 15 or 16, I'd be much less likely to forgive. Private institutions get to choose who they admit.
