    Newt Gingrich is on Fox News now saying the Starr Report mentioned the word “guilty” multiple times & Mueller’s report didn’t. As if that means anything. Starr’s report was leaked & politicized - Mueller’s was not. The Starr report was grossly exaggerated - Mueller’s was not.
