When I do manage to sleep it’s nightmares. I may need to cave and get prescription sleep meds for the first time in my life.

Oh I haven’t heard of that one, will look into it! Thanks! My fear with sleep meds is that if there was some kind of emergency I would sleep through it. I feel like that’s just me being a crazy person though.

I have that as well. Ambien is no bueno for that. But this one just makes you tired enough to fall asleep. Non-habit forming and wake up feeling completely rested.
