I’m in Miami for it right now actually. If you have evidence to prove the police did not infringe on my 1st amendment rights I’d be happy to list you as someone they should reach out to. Appreciate it bud!

"Police told him to back off", "he didn't leave". So your attorney is correct, but it looks like they did have probable cause to arrest you. Even the ACLU of Florida agrees, "Do not interfere with the police or obstruct them."

You should use your detective skills and review the official police report, which stated they asked me to leave and I complied and turned around and started to walk away. Thus one major basis for a lawsuit. Do you enjoy the 1st amendment? Or just the 2nd? - 3 more replies
