Create federal day care centers, creating jobs for thousands and sending millions back to work. Reinstate the federal mental health system that was dismantled in the 1980s, possibly ending the homeless crisis in our metros.
If I were to ever run for office, two things I’d love to introduce: 1) Students must spend 4-6 months studying abroad to graduate high school 2) Give taxpayers a choice to allot a certain % each year towards an area they want (ie. education, the arts) What would you do?

Will the studying abroad be funded by the parents or by public education funds?

Public education funds. Parents who send their kids to private school can cover those costs themselves. Can incentivize it by offering grants to students based on either academic performance or creativity.

I'd vote for you Andrew. Especially for your no. 1 choice! Living abroad changed my life; taught me things I never learned in school. Plus I approve #2 because I'm a photographer. I don't want to run for office; too much fun that might prove problematic.
