It doesn't take "knowledge" to recognize a problem and address it. Nor is it "propagating war". Here is an incredibly in-depth and nonpartisan study on police shootings. There are issues that need to be worked out.http://theconversation.com/a-new-look-at-racial-disparities-in-police-use-of-deadly-force-98681 …

You need to do more research. Every year, more whites are shot by cops than any other race. However, most shootings occur following another violent crime, which are committed at a higher rate by black offenders.

While you are correct, there are 160 million more white people in the US so that does play a factor. African Americans account for 24% of those fatally shot by the police, despite being just 13% of the population.

Year after year, it is shown that black Americans are actually 2.7x more likely to be shot and killed by police officers than white Americans. And let's not forget about interactions and use of force against those with mental illness... a whole other layer.

Quick, a guy is running at you with a knife above his head. He's closing on you faster than you can back away. What to do you? Is he mentally ill? Is he on drugs? Too late. You're dead.

My God, you're an idiot. And you're still dead. What if your agency doesn't provide tasers. Now what?

I love me some John McClane. Actually, I’ve done a simulation and did quite well. I also did some tactical training at Ft Leonard Wood while filming a project there. Your generalizations are cute tho!

"A simulation" and "some tactical training". Sounds like you could be a full fledged cop there, buddy. No where close to reality and what cops really face every day. Nice try tho.
