I’ll be filing a formal complaint to the IRS tomorrow about Charlie-boy’s constant violations. @TPUSA is a 501c(3) tax-exempt nonprofit that has been engaging in partisan politics for too long. Don’t worry @charliekirk11, you’ll be sure to come out ahead with the Trump tax cuts. https://twitter.com/charliekirk11/status/1095195173557022720 …

It's interesting how
@TPUSA lies on their tax form about being non-partisan...pic.twitter.com/aEJ6pJhEaO

It's also interesting that a nonprofit that pulls in $8.2 million, a HUGE amount for a small 501c(3), spent over $8.3 million to report a loss of $54K.pic.twitter.com/BDFQh9j0EQ

What could they have spent $8.3 million on? They state
@charliekirk11 gets paid $49K. Looks like a huge chunk goes to Printing & Publications ($509K), Postage and Shipping ($125K), Computer Supplies and Services ($85K), Telephone ($61K), and "Other Expenses" ~$134K.pic.twitter.com/hSoAgA2SBI

I filed an official complaint with the IRS to look into
@charliekirk11’s@TPUSA 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, citing years of violations dealing w/ partisan politics. If you’d like to do the same, you can do so by email with the following form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f13909.pdf …pic.twitter.com/1W1mcDUsA5

Interesting to see this interaction between a doer and a resentful writer.
