    Most media buyers are focused on changing the colors of the background or a switch of a thumbnail. Instead should be: Our product solves or is bought because of (insert reasons) create the ads (plural) to convey those reasons.

    If that doesn't work, then I will stop the whole ad set and restart it in a new CBO, sometimes alone and sometimes with other audiences I want to try a 'v2' of.

    I get asked a lot "if a creative is dying in an ad set, or the promotion is over, what's my next move?" My first move is to start a new ad in the existing ad set and turn the old one off. I then touch nothing else.
