The alternative: convicting an innocent man, locking him up for life, all to “send a message.” Last I checked, the goal of the courts was to uphold justice, which they have done.

If it is self defense, then my friend, it’s self defense. He was clearly attacked by those men, and he had to defend himself.

Tony, Rittenhouse voluntarily placed himself in a threatening situation and then decided to shoot people because he felt threatened. You shouldn’t be able to claim self defense in a volatile situation you created.

My God, I am stunned that everything our founding fathers painstakingly spelled out in the Constitution is being destroyed! Our democracy, human decency, everything America has embodied.

What part of the constitution was violated today? Would the founding fathers be against someone arming themselves to defend their community and defend themselves from Carrer criminals and a convicted child rapist?

Y’all are tripping, the media framed this via race and supremacy, that’s BS! Are there cases in the states that aren’t fair, ABSOLUTELY…but this a bad take @andrewcuomo. You can’t judge every case the same, don’t be so narrow minded. We have the right to bare arms, right.
