That's the program the states were handed. If he had been in the senate or reps perhaps he would have pushed for Medicare for all. One man does not have that kind of power in our democracy of, by, and for the people. He did the best he could with the act that was handed to him.

He alone is not in control of individuals heat or the products private entities area in business to make money with. There are other options for heat.
