  It would be great if we could all take a moment to acknowledge that polygraphs are pseudo-scientific garbage. The courts have recognized this for a long time. I believe Dr. Ford, but that's not a reason to start promoting nonsense. Polygraphs are as effective as dowsing rods.

  There you go again, Andy. Showing New Yorkers why the rumor is that it took you 5 attempts to pass the Bar. Polygraphs are inadmissible as evidence, and a damn good reason for it, they're unreliable. Many a liar has passed a polygraph test.
