It's not about "forcing states" to accept this; it's a free speech issue. Same as when activist publishers wanted to publish bomb plans in protest of the Cold War in the past.

Does everyone realize how much easier it is to get a real gun vs. a 3D-printed gun, that is capable of firing a couple shots and it’s ruined. Yes, even with the Gov’s worthless “SAFEAct” getting a gun in NY is still easy.

Just what I would expect from an individual who does not believe in the Constitution. One can buy a book online right now called "The Anarchist Cookbook" which gives you plans and instructions to make all kinds of weapons. Cody Wilson is exercising his 1st Amendment rights.

Also, Andy. It's perfectly legal to make a plastic gun as long as there is enough metal in it to set off a metal detector. That is required by the ATF. Of course criminals will comply. These guns have been around for years and no mass shootings. Disappointing to you I'm sure.
