New York State has become the sanctuary state for child abusers and child sex traffickers. They are protected under a short 2-year statute of limitations by you, and the others governing. An oil spill would be divine intervention.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again. Offshore drilling is a really, really, really bad idea.
