I like diversity. But I'm always confused when people say "diversity is strength" because I never see any reliable data that proved that saying, I've only seen data that actually proves the opposite.
The #SCOTUS decision to allow a baker to discriminate against a same-sex couple sends the wrong message in the continuing battle for LGBTQ rights. In New York we know diversity is our strength and discrimination is a poison. https://nyti.ms/2Hiqu9I
