Still shaken by how close, in retrospect, our civilisation came to collapse from 2008 to late 2019. If this virus had come at almost any point in that period I think more than one developed country might have fallen to communism or Islamism.

It's because, like a lot of rich people who are intellectually vain, Andy here is absolutely shitting himself at the prospect of something his wealth doesn't insulate him from. All these tweets are merely an arrogant form of whistling in the dark.

It still might. Globalism is a form of Communism and the globalists are plotting to use the pandemic to take power from democratic nation states

You are tweeting every day about how an extended lockdown is going to result in lots of people dying from capitalism.

You have to be joking. You think that 60 million people wldve “fallen to communism or Islamist”. We’re mainly politician loathing atheists. There is not one chance in hell. This is tin foil hat lunacy.

We lost the US to a form of "Christian" fundamentalism... (in quotes because US-style evangelism seems to have little to do with Biblical teachings).

Actually we lost the US more to a form of ethnic nationalism: note that it was Trump that won in 2016, not Cruz.
