Stretching regularly helps, but don't overdo it. And I have this scary looking spiky roll to massage the wrists and help move the blood in that region.pic.twitter.com/295uu6reVl

I found she same thing with colemak. Took a while to get back to my former speed, but it is definitely more comfortable.

for what it's worth i also switched to Colemak, agree that it's a high cost investment, and i can't tell how much that helped, since i made that change at the same time as changing the keyboard and mouse.

Interesting you say that it was the index finger clicking. I trained my left hand to use a right handed mouse, originally so that I could use other's mouse,no trouble afterwards. I used my right hand once for half an hour and needed 6 weeks electric current treatment to clear it.
