I'm excited to share Our Reality, a novella set in 2034. I wrote this story with the goal of using science fiction to contribute to conversations around society, racism, and technology: (1/)

Really appreciate for organizing a fantastic social comp. camp. I learned a lot about issues in the field. The conversation with Steven Dow continues our talk on Hybrid Event during '19. Check out for virtual events!

  12. Our research baby is now a $10/month product!🤩 Also, this might be the first human-in-the-loop AI product by a major tech company. Kudos to Microsoft for publicly embracing the roles of humans in AI. It should be a big selling point. Makes me want to switch to Office 365.

[thread] I learned of allegations of sexual misconduct by Walter Lasecki in Nov 2019 at CSCW. I flew home and walked into an administrator’s office to tell them; a colleague had already emailed them so it was anticipated. I spent an hour in their office that day, and the next.
