    Irish urologist Terence Millin (1903-1980) published a landmark paper in the Lancet on Dec 1, 1946. It described a retropubic approach to the prostate, a game-changer in urological surgery. This led the way to radical retropubic prostatectomies for cancer, still used today.

    Regarding complication rates, I can tell you we had 47 have surgery on our Randomized Ph 2, with 1 or 2 Grade 3s(lymphocele) no 4s or 5s. Surgery is more challenging, but doable in selected patients. Resectable patient cohort selection was key.
