what is the broiler and why does it unequivocally burn my pizza
OH LAWD i do not! i’m at baby’s first “buy a flatbread with some sauce and toppings and pray” any pro tips? or pizza stone recs? i’m all ears!

2) if you don't want to just right into making your own dough just buy a frozen pizza dough 3) put your stone/steel in the oven on a rack 6" from the top broiler and crank it as high as it will go for 30 mins 4) during this 30, set your frozen dough out to defrost
