I'd be happy with fast 2D, tbh. This feels like a vt102, both resolution and speed.

Probably better to run xspice or xrdp in the guest and connect to that. Maybe even tightvncserver.

Yeah Hyper-V has remoteFX but that only works for Windows based guest OSes I think
