What I learned from Twitter is that most cryptographers here are two-faced, arrogant, pretentious acting psychos that are trying to compensate for their social awkwardness. On rare occasions only, they are helpful, "normal" human beings. It's exactly like that. #bitcoin #iota
Don‘t even get me started on a rant on ETHs broken language design, from overflowing integers to making the contract language turing complete. Or the general madness of proof-of-work schemes.

Then why start with IOTA? Both Bitcoin and Ethreum's flaws were much larger in scope and their larger brand would give you a better platform for raising industry wide concerns.
-
C‘mon. I‘ve ranted about Bitcoin and the inherent issues with proof of work as early as 2011, there‘s a podcast. You can find tweets from me ranting about ETH flaws from years ago. Iota is just late to the game.

Never heard of you, sorry.

I'm not German and don't recall ever reading any of your criticisms of Bitcoin or Ethereum translated. Just sayin' You may be a big deal, but it doesn't appear to have reached the English speaking masses.
-
That might even be true. In Germany, I made the evening TV news with breaking crypto systems. Internationally, I’m only known in expert circles. But I cannot be accused of missing the opportunity to criticize other crypto currencies either, because I did.
-
And that's fine, but you can't expect people to know that--you should have a degree of understanding that your voice is pretty niche (or regional) and most have never heard of you and aren't aware of anything you've said or done.
