Where I live lots of villages still have a communal "Backhaus" with, often wood-fired, stoves that can hold ten or more big loaves. Needs to be booked in advance through the mayor. So, if you guys wanna do an excursion ;-)

That would take wood. Not sure how often I would be able to use that, but I had the idea for a while. Would need to find out what amount of taxes the trailer would cost. Maybe just get the oven und then rent a trailer.

How do you feel about corn-based products? I would be remiss were I not making real Chilango corn tortillas (which actually require very little heat).

I for one love ~all the things~, it's more a question of how my body handles them (haven't been exposed to corn too much, lately). But in any case, I'm 110% up for some experiments on this special occasion :D
