Hi @British_Airways: Just spent 1 hour -- let me repeat: 1 hour -- on the phone to reserve and pay for my seat from IAD to LHR. Your website doesn't allow me to pay for only one leg! And no perks for @AmericanAir AAdvantage members... SAD!
Yes, after two phone calls and 1 hour on the phone. And I still don't understand why you don't offer a better way to reserve the seat online for only one leg or at least better policies for @AmericanAir AAdvantage premium members. Very disappointed!
