And what a lot of these people seem to just not get is that incels have the same access to sex that most people do—what they don’t have is access to sex with the women they feel they *deserve*

The thread that
@LuxAlptraum did on exactly this subject is essential reading. But the insistence on validating the idea that men are owed sex with the *exact partners they want* is just bonkersShow this thread

And of course there's no room in their worldview for women who don't care about men, you know, lesbians. They just assume every woman is withholding sex from them. And that no woman has agency over her sexuality. Which as a lesbian, is a bit terrifying.
-
these are the same guys who say "wow what a waste" when finding out the girl they want is a lesbian. theory of mind does not exist here
-
Yup. Also the same men who go "How do you know you don't like men if you've never been with one?". Dear Broseph, what you said, that attitude? That's how.
-
Perhaps all these "incels" should be matched up with each other? I mean, how do they know they don't like men if they've never been with one?
-
I've actually said that to one once, his reaction was, telling.

What is happening in this sentence?!? ‘Access to sex’ is the weirdest phrase. How do you ‘redistribute’ sex? Is this how we get Westworld sex robots? Because otherwise you’re talking about forcing people into sex with people they don’t want. Right? That’s the redistribution?
-
part of the incels' whole thing is that they should have hot government-assigned sex partners, so yes
-
They don't think of women as human but objects to posses. They should have sex with each other if they need it so bad. It's clear they hate women.

So whose entitlement has precedence over the male incel’s consent?
-
what does this even mean?
-
I’m glad someone else asked
-
I’m trying understand how consent/entitlement fit into all of this, into “incel worldview.” There is sense of empowerment (or perception of lack) too, so how do these arguments work if you swap genders or relate male incel to groups of different “status” (my thoughts: inchoate)
-
consent *doesn't* fit into this. these guys don't care about women; they don't think of women as actual humans. as for gender: seriously, read
@LuxAlptraum's thread -
Yeah I understand. I am fascinated by elements of predation & how the incel forums are practically a correspondence course for learning them, but where is the apex predator that preys on them? I’m not proud of the part of me that would enjoy this.
-
Well, nazis prey on them. They strive to recruit these kinds of people: sexist, bjtter, angry, entitled, racist.
-
You are right :-(
