@andersostlund you don't need whole system to launch missile.launch vehicle enough. 4months training for conscript in Finland. -
@andersostlund nobody can even drive BUK w/out long training! To hit anthng in the sky u have to have at least 12 well trained specialists. -

@andersostlund This is highly technical equipment. Operators are selected, must do courses & pass them. Own crews were likely "imported". -
