So what they do is trying to develop software to solve the problem but it won't as the content keep developing in format and style.

Most languages are also not moderated much. I could say many things in Swedish slang that few non-natives would ever understand.
-
How can FB then claim they care about user experience when I could easily write something very offensive and most likely get away with it?
-
The truth is that the user experience isn't prio one for FB, Google et al. The real prio one is advertiser experience. Follow the money.
-
FB lives on selling your personal data to advertisers. You are the product, not the client. The advertisers are the clients.
-
If FB went for authentic users with proven identities many users would leave and FB wouldn't have all that data to sell to advertisers.
-
If FB went for real moderation and user experience they would have to hire so many moderators profit would be a memory of the past.
-
Conclusion: FB will say it will stop all abuse on its platform but it can't do so for real as its business model can't handle it.

-
Entity extraction... alone each is defeatable... together... you can very quickly group and exclude whoe segments by association.

They could ask for bigoted speech to be banned off and online. It's a first step towards making racism illegal. Wld they want to do that?
